Terracotta female figurine from tomb Ε9 of the chamber tomb cemetery at Englianos, Chora, near the palace of Nestor. The bottom half of the body is missing. The nose and ears are shaped with a small jut of the clay, the eyes with a painted dot inside a small hollow. The breasts are rendered as small clay buttons. The hands are relatively short, bent under the breasts. The fingers are rather roughly rendered with painted lines, 8 in the right hand and 9 in the left one. Broad shoulders. The entire body surface, including the face but not the breasts, is covered with brownish-red wavy lines. A horizontal band at the base of the neck and at the waist.
