Pyxis lid (vessel for keeping jewelry or toiletries) with a handle in the shape of horses. The neck, head and chest of the horses are highlighted with parallel oblique brown-coloured lines; the rest of the surface is covered with parallel lines, vertical dashes and rhomboid motifs. Found in a chamber tomb at Vathyrema, near Nichoria, Karpophora.
